Our beginnings
Carrie Suggs is a professional stager and designer. She has many years of staging and design experience in the Treasure Valley of Southwest Idaho. Carrie often assists local builders with color, lighting, fixture, flooring and interior/exterior material selections. Her network of proven contractors, suppliers and furniture/art/accessory sources is exceptional. Her passion is helping individuals choose colors, room arrangements, furniture, art and accessories to create unique living spaces. Carrie has lived in Boise for over 25 years and lives in the Northwest part of the city with her husband (Chris), a Goldendoodle (McCall) and a cat (Fiona).
The next chapter
Carrie and Chris recently sold their business to their daughter, Ashley Phillips, and son-in-law, Nate Phillips. The transition couldn’t have come at a better time, and they are excited to continue their parents’ legacy. Ashley is a third grade teacher in the Boise School District. Teaching has always been her calling but her passion is design. Nate is a co-owner of Reftekk and a software engineer at Vacasa. One of his goals is to create an app for Stirling Staging to streamline the staging inquiry process. Ashley and Nate feel grateful to be given this amazing opportunity, and they hope you tag along for the ride!
